Our practice has been FOR families from the start when we opened in Chicago in 2016. Now we have expanded our practice to reach families in Northwest Indiana.

Insurance Disclaimer: Our practice does not work directly with insurance based on our model of practice. To be honest, our memberships are a more affordable option even compared to insurance copays and denied claims. If an individual in our practice would like to personally submit a superbill to their insurance provider, they would need to be using the Pay Per Visit option. Superbills are not available for membership plans.
