Plug in your headphones to listen to one of our favorite podcasts, Wellness Mama! This podcast isn’t specific to remote learning, but it shares knowledge in how to get your kiddos to listen to you (when they are use to listening to their teachers). PROTECTING YOUR CHILD’S MENTAL HEALTH:

Even though your child may not express this, their world has drastically changed. They have gone from school filled with social interaction with friends and teachers, different structure and routines and the act of physically going to a different environment each day… to primarily staying at home. This is a very big change for our children and can have negative impact. This article is a wealth of knowledge regarding how to create a safe environment for our children, promote positive mental health and be able to detect mental health concerns as caregivers.
