As some of you may know, I am the newest team member at Roots with Dr. Tom and Lauren, and I have been loving every minute of it! Not only am I learning about the importance of front desk duties and Chiropractic care, but I also get to meet some really great people.
Throughout my life, I have always been pretty active whether that meant playing sports, running around outside, or going to workout classes with my mom and dad. After graduation I made it a goal to become a certified personal trainer, and in the summer of 2018 that goal became a reality! Because of my active lifestyle and my love for holistic health my mom directed me to look into being a chiropractor and I have been hooked since.
There are so many great benefits to working out! Incorporating your children to workout with you not only will strengthen your bond but also sets a great example of health and wellness as your kids get older.
Of course, finding a time to workout is hard. Especially with kids!
But you can fit in these 7 moves wherever you are: at home, on vacation, or even at work.
